My Services

  • Acupuncture

Rooted in Classical Chinese Medicine, acupuncture restores balance, relieves pain, and supports your body’s natural healing. Whether you're dealing with stress, chronic pain, digestion, allergies, or general overwhelm, it offers a holistic path to wellness.

I practice Neoclassical Acupuncture - a modern, refined approach that often uses just one needle to trigger deep, lasting change.

  • Herbal Medicine

When needed, I prescribe custom Chinese herbal teas to enhance your healing. These formulas work gently yet powerfully to restore energy, strengthen immunity, and support recovery, either on their own or alongside acupuncture.

I specialise in Jing Fang herbal medicine, a classical approach based on ancient formulas and precise pattern diagnosis. This method addresses everything from digestive and hormonal issues to chronic and immune-related conditions.

  • Additional Services

To support your well-being, I integrate a range of therapeutic techniques alongside acupuncture and herbal medicine, each chosen to suit your individual needs:

Tui Na Massage – Rhythmic, clothed Chinese massage to release tension and improve circulation.

Cupping – Glass suction cups ease muscle tightness, promote detox, and increase blood flow.

Gua Sha – A gentle scraping technique to reduce inflammation and pain.

  • Additional Services

Ontake Moxibustion – Warm moxa therapy that enhances energy flow and deep relaxation.

Reiki – Subtle energy healing to restore balance and emotional harmony.

Essential Oils – Targeted aromatherapy to calm the mind and support the body.

I offer both one-to-one acupuncture sessions and community treatments from my clinic in Kentish Town, where I'm available Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Friday mornings.

“I have sought treatment for a range of issues, including asthma, fibroids, knee injuries, and heavy periods. No matter the ailment, after each session with Naoko, I always feel noticeably better.”

1-2-1 Appointments

Your first appointment includes a thorough consultation to explore your full health history. We’ll take time to talk, listen, and understand your needs before beginning treatment.

Sessions often start with gentle massage and include acupuncture, with other techniques like Reiki or moxibustion when appropriate.

Follow-up sessions are shorter, focused on continuing care.

Depending on your condition, a short series of weekly treatments is often recommended to assess progress. For chronic issues, regular acupuncture can support symptom relief and long-term strength building.

Community Sessions

In community sessions, treatment is provided in a shared space with others.

These shorter sessions focus solely on acupuncture and are a more affordable option for ongoing support.

About Naoko

Hi, I’m Naoko - a 41-year-old acupuncturist and herbalist with Japanese roots, a love for nature, and a deep belief in holistic healing.

My path began early, shaped by my upbringing, travels, and a lifelong journey with eczema that taught me the power of natural medicine.

Through herbal remedies, acupuncture, yoga, and diet, I found lasting relief and a calling to help others heal. Before becoming a practitioner, I spent 8 years teaching yoga, guiding others to connect with their bodies and breath. Today, I stay grounded through internal martial arts, cultivating strength and clarity from within.

As an aunt, nature-lover, and wellness guide, I bring care, curiosity, and calm to every session. My mission is to support you in finding balance - physically, emotionally, and energetically.
